      Probably when I was about around 8. I used to watch TV programmes like “think of a number”, “Tomorrow’s World” “QED” and “Horizon” and they used to fascinate me. They made science real, understandable and fun. My interest then developed from there as I always wanted to know how things worked and why things happen
