From Sydney: MB/BS (medical degree), PhD(Physiology), BSc(Med), BSc [this ones is in math and physics].

From Oxford: MA (but this one is only “by decree”, which meant I got it for doing nothing other than accepting a job).

I’ve got O levels (Scottish equivalent to GCSEs), H levels (Scottish equivalent to A/S levels), CSYS (Scottish equivalent to A levels), a Bachelors degree (BSc) in Laser Physics and Optoelectronics, a Masters degree (MRes) in Materials Engineering and a doctorate (PhD) in solar energy. I’m also a Chartered Engineer in Materials and Energy. However, you don’t need all of those to be a scientist. You could be a science technician with school qualifications, and many of the scientists where I work only have a first degree (BSc).
