Question: hi keith, how many hours per day do you dedicate to your work?

Well, I usually start work on the train at 9am, and leave work at about 6:30pm; when I get home, I’ll usually do an hour or two in the evening (once the children are in bed), but it will usually be paperwork or administration. Then, a few hours on the weekend, but mostly I’m keeping the weekends as free as possible to play with and look after our 2 children. They are only 7 and 4, and I know that they won’t want to play with daddy in a few years time!
