• Question: hi hywel where do you plan on testing the car if you reach 1000mph

      Good question srrk,
      We plan on starting testing right here in the UK – we will take the car (once built) to a runway and do ‘low speed’ runs of about 300mph. After that comes the fun – we take the car to South Africa!
      There we will be running at a place called Hakskeen Pan in the Northern Cape. A dried out lake bed that is 12 miles long and completely flat. It is there that we will slowly build up our speed run by run until we reach 1000mph.
