  Yes, but only the first and second year medical students and dental students and to MSc students. I have done alot of talks in schools but that was not really teaching

  I’ve spent a week in a secondary school discussing science and helping school students to build lighthouses out of paper – this involved electric circuits and understanding materials. I also visit schools and colleges to give lectures on energy.
  However, I’ve never been a proper science teacher in a school.

  Yes; I’ve done some volunteer work in schools setting up experiments; I’ve done private tuition in maths and physics to high school students (in the past); I’ve taught on the “international physics olympiad” programme in Australia; but most of the teaching I’ve done is in Universities to science students interested in knowing more about pharmacology (how drugs work).

  I have done a lot of science engagement work. This has meant me going into schools and doing some teaching, as well as doing science at shows and events and at places like youth clubs. It’s great fun to go and do experiments, especially messy ones! 😀

  I’ve taught structural mechanics (which would come under Physics) at university to 2nd year students, but I’ve not taught science at school. I sometimes think I’d like to one day.
