      Yes something will happen in 2012 – the London Olympics!

      No, I don’t think that there will be a catastophy in 2012. Beliefs in impending doom come up every few years and don’t come true; the real problems aren’t predicted.

      I don’t think anything particularly horrible is going to happen in 2012. I reckon if someone starts predicting things hundreds of years after their death it’s probably because they’re scared of being found out as a fraud!
