I don’t work with frogs, so I’ve never hurt one during an experiment.
I’ve got a couple in my garden though – they hide under flower pots and jump out when I don’t expect them!
No frogs for me. However many scientists do study their muscles ( very strong and carefully controlled by nerves) and egg cells (which are very big and easy to inject).
Hi Emmily,
No need for us to hurt frogs – we are very unlikely to find frogs on the dessert where run the car, and there is no need for us to do experiments on them either!
