‘Hopeful’ implies that I have doubts jeffreys99!
We have spent a long time getting to where we are now, a lot of design work has gone into making sure that it is not only possible, but safe. I truly believe we can do it, and I intend to be out there on the dessert and hear the sonic boom as BLOODHOUND gets to 1000mph. I’m not just hopeful we can do it, I KNOW we can do it 😀

      Hi Jeffreys
I’m really hopeful about reaching my target. I’m working on a solar wall which uses sunlight to heat air for the building. Lots of people worry that there isn’t enough sunshine in the UK to be useful, but a smaller scale experiment I did a while ago gave very promising results!

Yes, ever hopeful that we’ll make a useful contribution to scientific knowledge and to people, too!
